Platform Operator: Romarex Global LLC
Romarex Global LLC operates a digital membership platform and provides access to curated product listings and pricing visibility. Romarex does not take payment, title, or ownership of any products, and is not responsible for delivery or refunds. All transactions are processed by independent Merchant-of-Record providers:
- Digital Membership Fees → Nexway
- Physical Product Purchases → ExpandNow
Refunds, returns, chargebacks, and transaction disputes are handled solely by the applicable Merchant-of-Record.
PART A — DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS
2. Membership Transactions
- Sold by Nexway as Merchant-of-Record
- Processed and invoiced by Nexway
- Subject to Nexway’s refund and compliance policies
- Romarex does not collect membership payments directly
3. Digital Access & Refund Eligibility
- Membership constitutes a digital service
- Digital access may begin immediately upon payment confirmation
- Once access has commenced, refunds may be limited or unavailable as allowed by law
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Nexway according to their policies
- Romarex does not independently approve or issue membership refunds
PART B — PHYSICAL PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS
4. Physical Product Transactions
- Sold by ExpandNow as Merchant-of-Record
- Invoiced and taxed by ExpandNow
- Fulfilled by independent suppliers
- Romarex does not process payments, take title, ship, store inventory, or issue refunds
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
Shipping timelines, delivery estimates, and logistics are managed by ExpandNow independent suppliers. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, regulatory delays, or customs procedures. Romarex does not control fulfillment operations.
6. Order Cancellations (Physical Goods)
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the checkout confirmation channel provided by ExpandNow. Eligibility depends on shipment status, supplier processing stage, and ExpandNow’s policies. Romarex cannot guarantee cancellation once an order enters fulfillment.
7. Returns & Refunds (Physical Goods)
Return eligibility, timelines, and refund approvals are determined exclusively by ExpandNow according to applicable consumer laws, supplier conditions, and Merchant-of-Record policies. Refunds are issued by ExpandNow to the original payment method. Romarex does not issue product refunds.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
If a product is damaged, lost in transit, or incorrect, contact ExpandNow using checkout receipt details. Supporting documentation (e.g., photos) may be required. Resolution decisions are made by ExpandNow under its Merchant-of-Record obligations.
PART C — GENERAL PROVISIONS
9. Separate Transaction Structures
Digital memberships and physical product purchases are legally separate transactions, processed by different Merchant-of-Record entities, and subject to distinct refund frameworks. No unified refund policy applies across both transaction types.
10. Chargebacks
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, membership termination, or restriction of future access. Chargeback investigations are handled by the relevant Merchant-of-Record.
11. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Consumer protection rights required by applicable local law remain unaffected.
