1. Merchant-of-Record Structure

1.1 Digital Membership Fees

Membership subscription payments are processed by Nexway as the authorized Merchant-of-Record. Nexway is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, applicable taxes, and chargeback management. Romarex provides access to digital services only.

1.2 Physical Product Transactions

Physical product purchases are processed by ExpandNow as the authorized Merchant-of-Record. ExpandNow handles payment processing, taxes, invoicing, regulatory compliance, shipping, and returns. Romarex is not the seller of record for physical products.

1.3 No Financial Custody

Romarex does not receive, hold, or control customer funds. All financial transactions occur directly between customers and the applicable Merchant-of-Record.

2. No Warranties

The Site and digital services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Romarex makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or availability of the Platform.

Any warranties relating to physical products are provided solely by the supplier or Merchant-of-Record.

3. Limitation of Liability

Romarex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

• Customs issues
• Third-party fulfillment failures

Liability is limited to the amount paid directly for the digital membership service giving rise to the claim, where permitted by law.

4. Third-Party Suppliers & Fulfillment

Physical products displayed on the Site are fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers. Romarex does not inspect, store, or handle products.

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by suppliers or ExpandNow. Physical product shipping is limited to select U.S. states.

5. Refund & Cancellation Distinction

Membership refunds are governed exclusively by Nexway policies. Physical product refunds and returns are governed by ExpandNow and supplier policies. Romarex does not directly process refunds.

6. Compliance & User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Site complies with applicable laws. Romarex may suspend or terminate access for legal violations or platform misuse.

7. Updates

8. Governing Law
