Digital Membership (Nexway)
Romarex membership is an annual digital subscription that provides access to the Romarex platform. Membership includes:
- Curated product catalogs
- Member-only collections
- Preferred pricing visibility from independent suppliers
- Access to platform tools and features
The membership fee covers digital access only. Physical products are sold separately and are not included in the membership.
Physical Products (ExpandNow)
Physical products are purchased separately via ExpandNow as the Merchant-of-Record. Membership does not grant ownership, shipping, or fulfillment of physical items.

Digital Membership (Nexway)
The standard annual membership is $199, with a limited-time offer of $99/year. As a member, you gain year-round access to the Romarex platform, including:
- Curated product selections
- Early access to new arrivals
- Member-exclusive catalogs
- Preferred pricing visibility from participating suppliers
Membership grants digital access only. It does not include physical goods, store credit, or guaranteed discounts beyond preferred pricing visibility.
Physical Products (ExpandNow)
Products are purchased separately through participating suppliers via ExpandNow as the Merchant-of-Record. Romarex membership does not provide ownership, fulfillment, or shipping of physical items.

Digital Membership (Nexway)
To join, click “Secure Your Membership Now”, select your membership plan, and complete checkout securely through Nexway as the Merchant-of-Record. Once your payment is processed, your account will be activated and you can start accessing the Romarex platform immediately.
Physical Products (ExpandNow)
Membership does not automatically include physical products. Any product purchases are made separately via ExpandNow as the Merchant-of-Record.
Can I cancel or renew my membership?

Digital Membership (Nexway)
You may cancel your digital membership at any time. If you have not yet used the membership to access member-only platform features, your annual membership fee may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with Nexway’s policies. Once platform access has been utilized, membership fees are non-refundable.
Upon cancellation, access to the platform, member-only pricing visibility, member-exclusive features, and any associated product orders will end immediately. Membership renewal is optional and can be completed annually through Nexway.
To cancel or manage your membership, please contact contact@romarex.com or refer to Nexway’s support information provided in your purchase receipt.
Physical Products (ExpandNow)
Physical product orders are processed by ExpandNow as the Merchant of Record (MoR). Cancellation of your membership may affect pending orders. Any refunds, cancellations, or modifications of product orders are subject to ExpandNow’s policies. Romarex does not process payments, fulfill orders, or guarantee product availability for these transactions.
