How Do I Place an Order?

Placing an order for physical products through Romarex is simple:

  • Browse our catalog and select the products you wish to purchase.
  • Add the items to your shopping cart.
  • Proceed to checkout, where you will enter your shipping and payment information. Payment is processed securely by ExpandNow as the Merchant-of-Record.
  • Confirm your order.

You will then receive an order confirmation email from ExpandNow with all the details of your purchase.

Digital Memberships (Nexway)

To purchase a digital membership, select your membership plan and complete checkout securely through Nexway. Once payment is processed, your account will be activated immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email from Nexway.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

Digital Memberships (Nexway)

Digital memberships are delivered online and do not require shipping. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from Nexway confirming activation of your membership.

Physical Products (ExpandNow)

Yes. Once your physical product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from ExpandNow with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment online. You can use this information to follow your package until it arrives at your address.

Return Policy

Digital Memberships (Nexway)

Digital memberships are delivered online. Once digital access has been granted, refunds are subject to Nexway’s policies and applicable law. Romarex does not independently approve or issue membership refunds.

Physical Products (ExpandNow)

You have 14 days after receiving your physical product to request a return. Returned items must be in new condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Romarex will assist you in coordinating with ExpandNow or the supplier to cover return shipping expenses or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Your credit card or payment method will be charged at the time of purchase, once your digital membership order is successfully processed through Nexway as the Merchant-of-Record.

Physical Products (ExpandNow)

For physical product purchases, your credit card or payment method will be charged at the time of checkout through ExpandNow as the Merchant-of-Record.

Is My Payment Information Secure?

Digital Memberships (Nexway)

Your payment information for digital memberships is processed securely through Nexway, our trusted Merchant-of-Record. Romarex does not store your credit card details. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption to ensure your personal data remains safe.

Physical Products (ExpandNow)

For physical product purchases, payments are processed securely through ExpandNow as the Merchant-of-Record. Romarex does not store or access payment information for product orders.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • earrings and pierced jewelry,
  • underwear and swimwear.

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@romarex.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

👉 Please make sure the item is carefully packed in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included, before sending it back.

Physical Product Orders (ExpandNow)

Physical products are shipped by independent suppliers. Orders are usually processed within 3-10 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from ExpandNow once your order has been dispatched.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Digital Memberships (Nexway)

Digital memberships are delivered online. Access is typically granted within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email from Nexway once your membership is active.

Physical Product Orders (ExpandNow)

Delivery within the United States for physical products typically takes 3–10 business days after your order has been shipped. Delays may occasionally occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier issues. Shipping and delivery are managed by independent suppliers.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Digital Memberships (Nexway)

Digital memberships are delivered online. No shipping is required.

Physical Product Orders (ExpandNow)

Physical products are shipped via premium shipping by our suppliers. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout by ExpandNow. Romarex does not control shipping costs or logistics.

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Digital Memberships (Nexway)

Digital memberships are available only to customers located within 48 eligible U.S. states. Access is granted online upon payment confirmation but is restricted to these states. Orders placed from outside these states may be canceled or refunded at Romarex’s discretion.

Physical Product Orders (ExpandNow)

Physical products are sold through ExpandNow as the Merchant of Record (MoR) and fulfilled by independent suppliers. Products ship only to select U.S. states. For a complete list of eligible states, please view the full list of U.S. Shipping States. Romarex does not process payments, fulfill orders, or guarantee supplier availability, and is not responsible for international shipping.
